Is September a good time to sell in Los Altos or Los Altos Hills? There are many factors to consider. Notice in the chart to the left that September 2011 has one of the lower average days on market – for properties sold in the last 12 months. Last September was a good time to sell – and likely with the demand that exists this September will also be a good time to sell.
